I have a pear shape body and i have a 120lbs in weight and 5'1" height. What are the best way exercise for a pear shape body?

The best exercise is any exercise.
There are two things to beat the pear-shape body:
1- Eating: Try to avoid sugars and carbohidrates for at least one month. Eat whaever you like as long as it contains a high level of proteins (of course don’t abuse it)..Include a lot of greens in your life. Have as many meat as you want as long as you acompany with some greens again. Eat mushrooms..Cereal in the morning.
2) Walk for about 45 minutes..at least 3 times a week.
Swimming! because its low impact whereas running will emphazise the bottom part of your body because running makes your thighs bulk with muscle.Swimming builds lean muscle!
