I don’t know if you can afford this. Laser treatments to get all the hair off. Hormones would give you curves. Look up a Mary Kay or Avon representative on the net, find one in your area, well I know Mary Kay does makeovers.

You could grow your hair and wear some very feminine hair accessorize in your hair. Look at some of the latest fashion in women’s magazines like the make up, or clothes and see which ones suit you best.

Don’t use laser treatments, they are not permanent, for permanent hair removal you need to use electrolysis – I am transsexual, not a technician so I am not profiting from this advice.

How masculine is your face? Do you need FFS? or can you get away with makeup? The best single advice to feminize your body is to wear a belt with everything, it will give you a waistline. For your face you need to practice with makeup. I recommend a quality line like MAC rather than a cheaper line like AVON.

Pluck and shape the eyebrows. There is a way to properly shape them for your face you can find it online. Make sure their is no extra hair. nose, ears, hands, Also start taking real good care of your face. Shave real close and keep clean and moisturized. I also use the Neutragena home micro abrasion on my face what a difference. Makes it real smooth, clear, and bright.

Looking over your questions and your profile, I must say I find this a bit hard to believe. You could have the face of Angelina Jolie and you would not be taken as a woman with the body you have now. If you truly feel you should be living as a woman, and want to pass, you are going to need a lot more than makeup and clothes. I’d suggest finding a cross-dressing support group, and start to learn what other cross-dressers did at the beginning. One thing is for certain… you need to stop eating protein, and cut your calories so you burn up some of those muscles. And keep in mind that living full time as a woman isn’t just about how you look. Unless you learn to speak like a female, move like a female, and interact with people like a female, you are always going to get clocked. Appearance is the easy part. You might also want to speak to a gender therapist, because I wonder if your motivation for this is an identity issue, or just sexual.

The ONLY people who should transition are people who were born transsexual and diagnosed as such.

To not have been born transsexual and attempt transition would be a big mistake.

Facial feminization Surgery(FFS) which is basically plastic surgery to make your face look like a female face. Which will cost many thousands of dollars.
