the result is different between regular scale and body fat scale, which one should I refer to?
I have an old regular scale which can only tell the weight and a new Taylor body fat scale. When I use them, the result is different. The body fat scale is 5 ponds less than the regular one. Why is there a different? Does that mean one of them doesn't function well? Or it is just normal?
