I would definitely get a DVD. I bought it on VHS and transferred to DVD the quality is not that good, but you can still hear and see what you need to do : )
Having DVD makes it more convenient for you to do it any time at home or a hotel room

Ha I started doing this workout with my mom when I was 4! I’m going on 21 and I still have killer thighs and definition from this workout. I always resort back to it because it is the most effective workout vid that I have found and the music fn rocks!

i’ve used her next video, ‘the next challenge’ since i was 12, now 24 and still go back to it when i want to strengthen n tone muscles. it’s at least partly responsible for killa booty i had b4 lost 2 much weight n wz less active. rlly tones the thighs whereas found my yoga vid made thighs more streamline. overall, the next challenge is a good vid for severe tonage.
I was doing this when I was 16, every second day, and in about two months I got an incredibly nice body, and lost like 4-5 kilos. I think Cindy’s workouts are the best.

My mom had this video right when it came out long time agot when VHS were still in the picture and she had an amazing body we moved and we could never find it thank u for up loading great memorries with this video!!!
My cousin started with these videos of Cindy when she was at age 16 I think (now she is 23). She was doing those excersises every day and in about 3 or 4 months she became very muscular; her stomach, legs, hips and arms were just incredibly shaped, If I wouldn’t have any proof (in this case my cousin) that these excersises are helpful, I wouldn’t believe it.

but when i was nine i did it like onca mont now im doin it twice a week.
Hey I am thinking of buying this DVD have you tried it and how have you found it? Because my friend told me the same thing.
I’ve heard from a friend that Cindy’s videos are the best to stay in form so I’ll try these and report the results within a month :)
