just read this and do the agilities i promise you that you will be much better at all those things also learn how to juggle to improve coordination. and then you will move up to juggling 2 balls in one hand while dribbling a basketball

just keep practicing, do all kinds of dribbling exercises. Get some cones or obstacles if you want and set them up everywhere and go at it. Get on the jump-rope to increase your agility and that’ll help you with your body control. As for 360 dunking… I would ask why (but I already know the answer and i also do believe that it is freakin’ kool). But seriously, work on the basics for now, plus if you can’t dunk on a real rim… then dunking on a short rim makes you look pretty lame.
if you want to spin on the dribble, then alternate between both legs, left leg, right leg, etc (get creative), when you jump rope. It’ll help you with your balance, which is key for good ball control. Good luck (btw at 14, i’m pretty sure you still have a ways to go in growth, so hopefully you can put on a bit more height, increase your vert. jump and 360 a real rim)
keep ballin =)
