    Hello! Thanks a lot for this helpful video. By the way, I notice lots of people keep on talking about Kinovelax Diet Plan (do a search on google), but I’m not sure? if it is good. Have you thought about Kinovelax Diet Plan? I’ve heard many great things about it and my work buddy lost a lot of weight with it, but she refuses to tell me :(

    and just to let some of you know dont drink like too much water or you can get this condition called water intoxification? where your tissue swells and… well look it up.! :)

    @PinkBotox It’s actually the other way around, you need to drink water with a meal? or the ‘gastric juices’ don’t work as well and it will take longer for the food to get threw your body. But I agree with sugars I rarely have them too:) I felt better when I stopped drinking them.

    thanks for the great tips, I usually pack on a few pounds in winter cause I hate the cold and I get lazy, GRRR…Anyway I’m gettin back on track thanks for being honest I have always thought like you. If your fat and you don’t like? it do something about it. Love your videos.

    Hi, I always try not to drink too much water when I eat, I only drink about half a cup (to down my vitamins) if that. If you drink too much while eating you dilute your gastric juices (that help with digestion). I’ve done that since I was a child and have never had weight issues. I also NEVER drink anything other? than water, no soda , no juice, NADA. I don’t like sugar and eat few grains. Eat organic if possible. HTH :)
