    nice gains, whats your arm size currently? mine are 16 inches atm, hoping to hit 200lb before age 18, unlikely tho haha

    @kingofkikingA55 I can give you a few tid bits.
    first is consistency – keep up a steady work routine. i’d say at the least 4 times a week. throw in some cardio each day too.
    if not more important is nutrition – you need to eating more than you are burning. protein supplements help a lot. I’d recommend getting some if you’re serious about working out. also, each healthy. cut out unnecessary sugars and fats: candy, pop corn, sodas, all that.
    just a start :)

    @bigplayray09 thank. I been spending more in the gym lately like n hour n 15mins. I have a conversation with someone n ill miss my set by a couple of minutes some time.

    @purehotup when im by myself im in and out in about an hour. 4days a week. if im with a partner it might take us an hour and a half cuz we fool around a lil

    @joseph291 genes are a factor but not the biggest factor. ITs used as an excuse for hard work and dedication by many

    @purehotup i do both. keep my muscles in confused. if your just getting started go for the reps. get your ligaments and tendons use to being under stress. when you begin to platuea switch things up. just get started for now

    @dace2873 i saw gains with in the first 6 months but as for gains other ppl could see while im in regular clothes about a year and a half
