I am not overweight and my fitness level isn't awful, but i am not very athletic looking and i would like to change this so i have more of a dancers body-shape. I am prepared to do the hard work to get there but will i be able to get the "sporty" legs and stuff - the ones that only touch at the top when my legs are together etc.
or is it a hopeless case? lol
Thanks x

If you have the will, the motivation, and the knowledge of sustaining a good diet and simple exercising, you’ll be good to go! (At any age really.)

ITs never too late to start exercising
Your at the perfect age to start sculpting your body the way you want it to be. We are like engineers in a sene. If you never hear anything anyone says ,hear me. Eat right, work hard, and NEVER give up. It will come. It took me 6years to reach the level I’m at. Learn how the body works, and let your body teach you. Study, study and study some more.
