I'm female, 21 years old, 93lbs, 5 feet tall. I'm not looking to lose weight, I dont mind being the weight I am now. But the problem is my body fat is at the wrong places. Is it possible to change my body shape dramatically with exercise? How do I avoid gaining muscles while exercising? Any bum exercise idea? thanks!

you cant change where your body fat is. Where you body’s fat deposits are is 100% genetic. Sure you can lose fat with a good diet and cardio, but you cant move it from one area to another.
Im not sure what your goal is here…you dont wanna lose weight, but you dont want to gain muscle either…so what IS your goal? Losing fat would be losing weight. What do you hope to achieve with exercising?
