Is it possible to change one’s body shape, specifically the legs?

I exercise a lot and definitely have muscular legs but not lean legs. I've always had a pear-shaped body but would love to have a more leaner leg like a runner's leg. I run on the treadmill, take spin classes, do squats/lunges, the elliptical but my legs never change their shape into how I want them to. Should I be changing my workouts? What exercises do women with more leaner toned legs do (and not do?)

If the running and spin classes aren’t helping I would suggest maybe asking a trainer or someone like that… They would know best… Good luck

im not a lady but what i do when i work out to get my legs cut and tone is squats. use low amounts of weight and squat like 12 times in 4 sets.
and then the next day put heavy weight on and do les squats but it cuts and tones your legs i promise. squats are the best leg exercise
