find time to go to the gym and work out 10 hours a week. find a trainer and work with him. it takes a lot of dedication.

you could have lots of sex….or ……switch your diet lots and lots of protein like chicken and seafood the occasional carb
but you need to exercise running will work on your power house as long as you pump your arms as much as your legs
swim at least 3 times a week
    and lift weights
you do that over three or four months consistently you will be tone and have aw some mussel structure

lol enrique well there is no perfect body image becasue everyone thinks of it different. to be like enrique, go to the gym and do hi rep low weight weight lifting. Run a lot for cardio or you can swim. You will also have to work your abs a lot so throw in a pilates class. Also you must diet properly.

I don’t know what a ‘perfect’ body shape is, for a man or woman. It is often the drive for perfection that leaves people unsatisfied with what they cannot change. Working out can improve your physique, but genetics will play a major role in how you look regardless of the amount of exercise you do.

Age 20 is the perfect time to start.

    1. Eat 75 grams of protein per day. Get all 8 essential amino acids. Take suppliments if you must. Don’t eat any more than 75 during the first year though, its hard on your kidneys.

    2. Shoot for 3000 calories if you’re skinny and need to gain weight, and 2000 if you’re a little chubby and you need to trim.

    3. Spread your meals out to 6-7 times a day, or one small meal every 2 hours.

    4. Drink 6 glasses of water per day, plus a 24 oz powerade while you work out.

    5. Keep your body in a steady sodium / potassium balance.

Then get yourself a YMCA membership. You don’t need a personal trainer if you know how to read the charts on the wall.

Start out by stretching every muscle group. This’ll get the blood flowing and increace your performance. Read the charts on every machine. You’re going to want to work every muscle group from the waste up. Shoot for a weight where 8-11 repetitions is pushing yourself to the limit. Rest a couple minutes between sets, and do 3 sets per muscle group. It should take you about 30 minutes to complete your rounds.

Perform this routine every other day. On the off days thats when you do your cardio. I recommend bringing a portable DVD player & a 32 oz powerade to the treadmill. Hydrate before, during, and after. Thouroughly stretch your lower body before, and after. Find your target heart rate, and maintain it through half of the movie. The time will fly by, and you’ll feel great.

Get your 8-10 hours of sleep every night, and take a day out of the week for complete relaxation. Your build muscle while your body is resting, not while you are working out.

You will see results in 2 weeks. Give it 6 months, and your strength will double. Patience, Will, and Discipline are your keys.
