    @Nourberry Hi. I would say if you weigh 236 lbs you should probably eat about 4000-4500 calories to to drop 1lb a week. Try to lose just a pound a week, drop 500 calories a day, otherwise you will lose too much muscle! Break your calories into 50% Carbs, 30% Protein and 20% Fat. Weigh yourself once a week. The key is to monitor your calories very close and you can do it! There is no secret to losing weight just count your calories. It’s really that simple. It’s why weight watchers works too.

    @Nourberry 2000 calories a day, thats all a girls needs a day. And don´t fill those 2000 calories with shit food, eat healthy and at the proper times. U can do it

    Hey, i have a really good tip for you. Be carful how much protein you eat when you are trying to cut down on fat. It is hard for your liver to break down fat when it is straining to break down the amino acids into NH3. Eating good fats like olive oil, flax oil and fish oil can really help cut fat as well.     I recommend you stop trying to get lean and try taking up greco Roman Wrestling. I think you got a good classical shape for wrestling and you will no longer have to work out but it will be a natural progression of your sport.

    I’m up 15 lbs too….totally sucks its hot here and the BP tar balls on the beach don’t help either I stopped running the bridge 3 months ago…I’m back on track and I’ll be watching your videos to help me…thanks head of time…how tall are you? just curious 184lbs doesnt seem like too much weight for a man. rebecca

    @sweetkisses4uonly Ummm do this program, you will lose at least two pounds a week, although most people lose A LOT more than that (some have lost 5 pounds per week ;) )
