Could someone lose a relatively big amount of weight and still get that perfect body shape and skins?

Hey! I have done some research, but I am still not sure if someone around 161 pounds could arrive at 105 pounds and have a perfect body shape and skin. (if the person does exercises, uses moisturizers and stuff)

    i think that radical weight loss or extreme dieting is bad.

    It took me 18 months to lose 25 pounds and I have no skin flaps.

    You are going to need some major cardio and toning exercises and a realistic time frame.
